01
Selection and Origination
Opportunities arise from established professional relationships and a qualified network of operators and advisors. Each initiative undergoes a preliminary evaluation to assess strategic coherence, structural soundness and risk profile. Only transactions that meet these initial standards proceed to the next stage of review.
02
Evaluation and Due Diligence
Selected transactions are subject to an in-depth review coordinated by the structure. Financial fundamentals, management quality and investment structure are carefully assessed. Information is organized transparently and made available to investors to support an autonomous decision-making process.
03
Structuring, Execution and Reporting
For approved transactions, terms, governance and participation mechanics are defined. EXEP coordinates operational phases through closing, ensuring order and continuity throughout the process. Ongoing communication and reporting are facilitated in accordance with institutional standards.
Dedicated access for investors
Accredited investors are granted access to a reserved area including active opportunities, full documentation, participation monitoring and periodic reporting.
